The Roof Assistant arranges a free, no-obligation documented roof inspection performed by Inspector Roofing and Restoration LLC. We provide photos, findings, and clear options. We are a roofing contractor — we are not a public adjuster, insurance broker, or law firm. We do not interpret insurance policies, negotiate claims, or guarantee any insurance outcome; all coverage and payment decisions are made by your insurance carrier. Any pricing or scope is provided in a written estimate and may change based on observed conditions.

2. AI assistant & call recording

Some calls are handled by an AI voice assistant that identifies itself as an AI. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, documentation, and service purposes. If you prefer to speak with a person, ask to be transferred to a team member.

3. Text messaging program terms (SMS/MMS)

• Program: By providing your mobile number — through our website forms, by calling us, or by texting us first — you agree to receive text messages from Inspector Roofing and Restoration LLC / The Roof Assistant related to your request and our services (for example: appointment confirmations, inspection follow-ups, and information you ask us to send, such as a text-a-photo request).
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• Cost: Message & data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
