• Contact & property details you provide — name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about your roof or project, submitted through our website forms, by phone, or by text.
• Call information — when you call our numbers, we collect the calling number, call timing/duration, and — for calls handled by our AI assistant — a transcript and summary of the conversation. Calls may be recorded.
• Text messages & photos — messages, and any photos or media you send us by SMS/MMS, along with your mobile number.
• Website usage data — standard technical information (device, browser, pages viewed, approximate location from IP) and cookies or similar technologies used for functionality and analytics.

2. How we use information

• Respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm inspections, and communicate about your property.
• Prepare and deliver inspection documentation and service follow-up.
• Operate, maintain, and improve our services, including training and quality review of our AI assistant.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the safety of our team and customers.

3. AI assistant, calls & recording

Some calls are answered by an AI voice assistant. The assistant identifies itself as an AI at the start of the call. Calls may be recorded, and transcripts are generated for quality and service purposes. If you prefer to speak with a person, ask to be transferred to a team member.

4. Text messaging (SMS/MMS)

When you provide your mobile number (for example, through our website, by calling us, or by texting us first), you consent to receive text messages from Inspector Roofing and Restoration LLC / The Roof Assistant related to your request and our services — such as appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and information you ask us to send.

• Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• Message & data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
